Team Carvalho offers the latest word in fitness: Core Training. It is a sequence of workouts (levels of 10, 12, or more) targeted and diversified, performed in fast and varied repetitions.

Class begins with stretching and flexibility exercises followed by 30, 45, and/or 60 seconds intervals; the fastest possible is at 15-second intervals between repetitions. All movements are repeated and depending on student level the number of exercises changes also. Each exercise targets different parts of the body, all muscles are exercised (especially the midsection). Posture is improved and the body is strengthened from within. Exercises change and therefore the classes are never monotonous.
