David is a RYT 200 hr certified instructor and he teaches a Hatha Yoga class that is open to all levels and ages. He will allow your breath to be the guide as he keeps you properly aligned and grounded. In his class you will find physical benefits of core strength, balance, and flexibility, and also quickly recognize the positive impact both spiritually and mentally. A calm and focused mind allows the senses to be sharpened; the intention of his yoga class is to be the perfect compliment to martial arts. His passion for teaching will encourage your best self to come to light both on and off the mat.
